The TBTmyWay Remote Support Services Agreement describes your rights and obligations as a user of the Remote Support Service (“Service”), and the rights and obligations of Texas Bank and Trust Company in conjunction with this service. This agreement is in addition to other agreements such as the Online Services Agreement, the Electronic Delivery Disclosure and Consent Agreement and agreements provided to you at account opening. These Agreements are made in compliance with applicable state and federal laws, including but not limited to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. In this Agreement, the words “we”, “us”, “TB&T” or “our” mean Texas Bank and Trust Company. When we use the words, “you”, “your”, or “customer” we mean each authorized signer or account holder on accounts accessible through Texas Bank and Trust Online Services.
By clicking the “Join Remote Support Session” below you will be prompted to leave www.texasbankandtrust.com and connect to fastsupport.com, which will allow one of our T3 Support Representatives to assist you by sharing your screen as well as your mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your computer at all times and can end the screen-sharing session at any time or override control of your mouse and keyboard. For your privacy and protection, please ensure that you close any private and confidential files that you do not want a T3 Support Representative to view before the remote support session is established.
Texas Bank and Trust’s Responsibility:
Remote Support is provided as a convenience to you and we will make every effort to provide a resolution to your needs during our support session; however, a successful resolution cannot be guaranteed. Although unlikely, Texas Bank and Trust will not be held liable for any additional problems that may arise during the remote session, diagnosis and / or resolution process, including but not limited to: accidental deletion or corruption of data, damage to the operating system, applications, or other software or hardware. We will never make a request to access, download or make changes to your computer or mobile device without prior consent and authorization from you.
By entering your name and the 9-digit Support Key then clicking the “Continue” option from the fastsupport.com site, you affirmatively consent to allow a Texas Bank and Trust T3 Support Representative to view your computer screen, share your mouse and keyboard, as well as download any necessary bank approved software that is compatible with the services we offer for our Online Banking or Cash Management services. You further acknowledge and fully understand that the security of your personal computer and/or mobile device is your responsibility.
