With more than 20 years of trust, financial services and banking experience, Amy Proctor has served in many roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Investment Portfolio Manager, Financial Advisor, and Commercial Lender with various financial institutions.
Mrs. Proctor is a certified public accountant and a summa cum laude graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler) with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting.
Mrs. Proctor serves on the board of the Texas Society of CPA’s as well as the local CPA chapter, serves on the Accounting Advisory Council for UT Tyler, and is a member of the East Texas Estate Planning Council. She is a graduate of the Leadership Tyler Class 23. Mrs. Proctor also volunteers for the Bethesda Health Clinic and Christian Women’s Job Corp, and serves on the missions committee and leads women’s Bible study for Grace Community Church.
