TB&T Achieves National Five-Star Rating

LONGVIEW—Bankrate.com, one of the nation’s top bank rating agencies, has just named Texas Bank and Trust as one of 33 banks in the United States with assets between $1 billion and $5 billion to achieve the highest five-star Superior rating. Only five banks in the state of Texas achieved such a rating.

Texas Bank and Trust was similarly recognized for this achievement by national bank rating firm BauerFinancial of Florida in February 2012.

Established in 1958, Texas Bank and Trust remains one of the strongest, independent community banks in the state with total assets exceeding $1.4 billion. TB&T operates 12 branch locations in eight East Texas communities, including Longview, Tyler, Cushing, Gladewater, Marshall, San Augustine, Terrell, and Van. TB&T offers a comprehensive array of deposit, lending, trust, and brokerage services.

Texas Bank and Trust’s continued recognition as one of the strongest banks in our nation underscores its commitment to fulfilling the financial needs of its customers and the greater East Texas region for years
to come.
