Increased Debit Card Fraud Prompts Additional Security Blocks

Due to excessive counterfeit in Mexico and all states, including Texas, on many of our VISA debit cardholders, we have put fraud blocks in place that will require our cardholders to use their PIN numbers to complete transactions at the following merchants: Grocery Stores/Supermarkets, Drug Stores/Pharmancy's, Department Stores, Discount Stores and Variety Stores.  When making purchases at these merchant types, please select the "debit" option and enter your PIN number to complete the transaction.  These merchants have become the target of fraud groups counterfeiting our cards. Please do not hesitate to contact our Bank Card Department at 903-252-3179 or 1-800-263-7013, if you have any questions regarding this alert.

Respectfully,

Crystal
