This fee may be imposed for covering overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, point-of-sale ("POS") transaction, or other electronic means.Texas Bank and Trust is not obligated to pay any item initiated for payment against your account if your account does not contain sufficient collected funds. The amount of any overdrafts including our fees that you owe the bank shall be due and payable immediately. Whether your overdrafts will be paid or not is discretionary and Texas Bank and Trust reserves the right not to pay. For example, Texas Bank and Trust typically does not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, regular deposits are not being made to your account, or there are excessive overdrafts on your account.
Once you have completed the form, sign it and mail it to us or drop it off at your nearest Texas Bank and Trust location.
