We are proud to introduce the following members of the 2013-2014 Student Board.

John Fletcher Walker IV, son of Andrea and Jack Walker, is a senior at All Saints Episcopal School. He is a member of the Spanish, history, and Young Republicans clubs, and is also involved as a social senator and the vestry program at his school.  John is a member of both the varsity football and golf teams and participates in Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He was voted homecoming king this past fall. John has spent his time volunteering on mission trips with All Saints, helping with set up and activities of the Cattle Barron’s annual clay shoot, and serves as an acolyte for his church. He plans to attend Oklahoma University in Norman, Oklahoma, where he will study energy management at the Price Business School. John’s hobbies and interests include hunting, fishing, and golf.

Ezinne Uduma is graduating this spring from Grace Community School where she is a member of the National Honor Society. She is a part of the Cougarettes, the school’s drill team, the dance-n-drill dancers, and the senior extreme hip hop team. Ezinne is involved with the band’s drum line section and plays on both the varsity basketball and volleyball teams. In her community, she volunteers with food drives and Operation Christmas Child, an organization that sends shoeboxes filled with gifts to children around the world. Ezinne will be attending The University of Texas at Austin this fall where she will study biology and/or biochemistry. She is the daughter of Dr. Ndukwe and Rita Uduma.

Paola Diaz will graduate from John Tyler High School this spring and is a member of the National Honor Society and the Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) club. She is also a member of Leadership East Texas and is involved in student council. Paola is an all-region member and section leader of the Lions’ marching band and a member of the concert band. As a tireless volunteer, she devotes her time to The Boys & Girls Club, Salvation Army, New Life Christian Church, ABC Daycare, and the Bright and Early Learning Center. Paola would like to attend Texas A&M University this fall to study nursing. She is the daughter of Ana Diaz, and she enjoys reading and playing her instrument.

Hayden Langemeier, daughter of Carrie and Craig Langemeier, is a senior at The Brookhill School where she was elected homecoming duchess.
