Student Board

This academic year, Texas Bank and Trust celebrates the thirty-fourth anniversary of the Student Board of Directors, a group of outstanding high school seniors who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to community service. We are proud to introduce the following 2011-2012 Student Board members:

VICTORIA (TORY) LOONEY is a senior at Longview High School. She is a member of both the National Honor Society and Future Business Leaders of America. Tory has played for the Lady Lobos soccer team all four years of high school. She plans to attend The University of Texas at Austin and major in marketing, with a future goal to become a marketing executive for a major sports team or a large company. Tory isthe daughter of Barbara and Scott Looney.

CHRIS NELSON, son of Sherill and Brian Nelson, is a senior at Longview High School. He is a member of the Interact Club and the National Honor Society, and is an International Baccalaureate student. Chris is involved with the Boy Scouts ofAmerica and has been a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. He plans to major in nursing at either the University of Alabama or Stephen F. Austin and become a certified registered nurse anesthetist. Chris is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

ALICIA MOORE serves as senior lieutenant for the Longview High School Viewettes. She is a member of the National Honor Society and DECA. Alicia participates in Top Teens of America and the area NAACP association. She plans to attend Baylor University and study premed. Alicia is an active member of Red Oak Baptist Church where she serves on the usher board, dances with the praise team, and sings in the choir. She is the daughter of Sharon Moore and the late Windell E. Moore.

HARRISON RICE is a senior at Longview High School and a member of the Interact Club. He also plays on the Lobo soccer team. Harrison plans to attend the University of North Texas and major in music performance. His future goals include becoming a studio musician and music business owner. Harrison is a member of Mobberly Baptist Church. His interests include sports and music, and he plays the drums. Harrison is the son of Pamela Rice and Ronnie Rice.
