LONGVIEW 

Job Title:       Technology Support
Location:       Technology - Longview
Schedule:      Monday – Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions:

Provide help desk support to end users, assist in hardware and software setup, support and manage applications as assigned by supervisor.  Provide after hours support when needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or certification in a computer science field, preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in providing technical support in a windows environment; experience with various platforms as Citrix, VDI, Windows Active Directory, VMware and HP/Cisco Networking, helpful; Strong customer service skills; Knowledge of setting up and maintaining system security on network; Ability to work well within a team environment, ability to read, understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related. 

GLADEWATER

Job Title:      Lobby Associate 
Location:      Retail Services, Gladewater 
Schedule:     Mondays – Fridays - Hours varies 7:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., includes Saturdays

Essential Functions:

The Lobby Associate plays a vital role in our customer’s banking experience by working directly with both the teller and lobby representative teams.  Responsible for providing teller based transactions (open new accounts, process customer transactions as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments) while also recommending consumer and small businesses solutions to existing and new customers. Presents other bank solutions as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 3-6 years as teller or cash handling experience in a professional environment, preferred; 10 key fluency and computer (MS Windows based software program) skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Knowledge of basic math calculations; Ability to present positive service in a friendly demeanor; Must maintain customer confidentiality; Thorough knowledge of bank products and services; Ability to work flexible schedules; Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.

TYLER

Job Title:  Float Teller I – Tyler
Location:  Retail Services – Tyler Area
Schedule:   Monday – Friday (Hours Varies:  7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) and includes Saturdays

Essential Functions:

This position serves as Teller coverage for the East Region (Tyler, Lindale, Hideaway and Van). Process  accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.  Handle large sums of cash with accuracy in extremely busy environment.  Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent;  0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment is preferred; 10 key fluency, good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; Knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards; Must be flexible to travel to surrounding area branches within the Tyler area; Ability to work flexible schedules as needed. Ability to pass and maintain satisfaction results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.
