Job Title:           Credit Analyst I
Location:          Credit Administration
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Primary duty is to analyze credit, collateral and financial statements of individuals and business entities to determine the degree of risk involved in extending commercial credit and to prepare presentations with this credit information for use in decision-making by loan committees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in business/finance, accounting or economics, 2-3 years of Credit Analyst experience required, strong accounting background and sales experience desirable, strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude with team-player approach; demonstrate ability to prioritize work assignments; detail oriented with flexibility in dealing with a changing environment, customer service oriented and a strong sense of urgency, strong math skills and sound understanding of general accounting/reconciling principles, strong computer skills, i.e., word processing, spreadsheets and menu-driven software, are preferred.


Job Title:  Loan Servicing Manager

Location:  Loan Operations
Schedule:   Monday – Friday  (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Responsible for the effective operation of the loan servicing department.  Provide secure, accurate, responsive, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.  Primary objective of this position is to be a trusted advisor to every internal and external customer.  Inspire confidence and build lasting relationships by consistently exhibiting each of the trusted advisor skills in order to help our customers identify and achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma with some college preferred; 7 plus years of increasingly responsible experience in applicable areas of expertise; 2-3 years of supervisory experience; detailed knowledge of loan documentation and compliance as it relates to loan operations; strong communication and analytical skills.


Job Title:           Customer Care Specialist
Location:          TBTmyWay Service Center
Schedule:          Monday – Friday:  (8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), shifts may vary;
                           Some Saturdays:  (8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)

Essential Function:
Provide assistance to prospects and established customers with bank products, services and general information over the phone and via electronic means. Presents other bank products and services as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations. Provides secure, accurate, responsive, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual, a plus; 2-4 years customer service experience required, other banking experience desired; 10 key fluency and computer (MS Windows based software program) skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; knowledge of basic math calculations, ability to present positive service in a friendly demeanor; must maintain customer confidentiality; ability to work well within a team environment, ability to read, understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related.



Job Title:           Mortgage Loan Closer
Location:          Residential Mortgage Lending
Schedule:          Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:
Working within a team environment, handling the coordination of the loan closing process, including preparation of all closing documents, ensuring the loan file meets all requirements of compliance regulations, real estate laws and bank loan policy.  Coordinate and schedule loan closing date and time with all parties involved. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage loan processing with emphasis on good customer service skills; must possess good verbal and written communication skills; must be able to multi-task effectively, produce a high volume of work with a high degree of accuracy in a minimum amount of time; must comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related and/or consistent with business necessity; and the ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.  Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others.

Essential Function:

The Lobby Associate plays a vital role in our customer’s banking experience by working directly with both the teller and Lobby Representatives team.  Responsible for providing teller based transactions while also recommending consumer and small businesses solutions to existing and new customers. Presents other bank solutions as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, 3-6 years teller or cash handling experience in a professional environment, preferred; Good typing; 10-key calculator and computer (window based software programs) skills; Good oral and written communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours; Thorough knowledge of bank products and services and basic math calculations; Ability to read and understand regulations, policies and procedures; Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.

Process accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments.  Responsible for customer referral of additional bank products and services as appropriate.

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent; 0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment preferred; 10-key fluency, good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; good computer keyboards skills; ability to work flexible schedules as needed.  Ability to pass and maintain satisfaction results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.
