Job Title:           Credit Analyst I
Location:           Credit Administration
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Primary duty is to analyze credit, collateral and financial statements of individuals and business entities to determine the degree of risk involved in extending commercial credit and to prepare presentations with this credit information for use in decision-making by loan committees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in business/finance, accounting or economics, 2-3 years of Credit Analyst experience required, strong accounting background and sales experience desirable, strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude with team-player approach; demonstrate ability to prioritize work assignments; detail oriented with flexibility in dealing with a changing environment, customer service oriented and a strong sense of urgency, strong math skills and sound understanding of general accounting/reconciling principles, strong computer skills, i.e., word processing, spreadsheets and menu-driven software, are preferred.


Job Title:           Mortgage Loan Closer
Location:          Residential Mortgage Lending
Schedule:          Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:
Working within a team environment, handling the coordination of the loan closing process, including preparation of all closing documents, ensuring the loan file meets all requirements of compliance regulations, real estate laws and bank loan policy.  Coordinate and schedule loan closing date and time with all parties involved. 

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage loan processing with emphasis on good customer service skills; must possess good verbal and written communication skills; must be able to multi-task effectively, produce a high volume of work with a high degree of accuracy in a minimum amount of time; must comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related and/or consistent with business necessity; and the ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.  Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others.  

 

Job Title:           E-Banking Support Specialist
Location:          TBTmyWay Service Center – Pine Tree Lobby
Schedule:         Monday – Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  (Shifts may vary); some Saturday’s,  8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Essential Function:

Customer support for online banking customer support calls and online chats, provides support for online banking products such as bill pay, eStatements, express phone banking, mobile banking, online account opening, browser issues, processing online enrollments, respond to customer messages, and support Cash Management products.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years banking and/or related Electronic Banking experience preferred. Must have a working knowledge and a desire to use Electronic Banking products… i.e. Online Banking, Bill Pay & Mobile Banking. Must have strong customer service skills, including the ability to assist customers in trouble-shooting issues with electronic devices. Overall knowledge and interest in the latest technology is a plus.



Job Title:           Teller
Location:          Retail Services – Main Bank
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 8:15 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.) flexible; rotating Saturdays

Essential Function:
Processes accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments.  Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment is preferred; successful completion of in-house training program or other approved training; ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications; ability to maintain customer confidentiality; knowledge of basic math calculations, good computer keyboard skills; ability to work flexible schedule, must be flexible to travel to surrounding area branches within the Longview area; ability to read and understand regulations, policies and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear oral and written communication; and the ability to work well within team environment and to present a positive customer service demeanor and attitude.  Ability to work in a fast paced environment; must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others.



Job Title:           Teller
Location:          Retail Services – Pine Tree Convenience Center
Schedule:          Monday – Friday, hours vary between 7:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.;
     rotating Saturdays

Essential Function:
