LONGVIEW 

Job Title:         Part Time Customer Care Specialist
Location:         Retail Services, Customer Care Center, Longview
Schedule:        Mondays – Fridays - Hours varies

Essential Functions:

Provide assistance to prospects and established customers with bank products, services and general information over the phone and via electronic means. Presents other bank products and services as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual, a plus; 2-4 years customer service experience required, other banking experience desired; 10 key fluency and computer (MS Windows based software program) skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Knowledge of basic math calculations, ability to present positive service in a friendly demeanor; Must maintain customer confidentiality; Ability to work well within a team environment, ability to read, understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related.

 

Job Title:       Marketing Coordinator
Location:       Marketing- Longview
Schedule:      Monday – Friday   8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions:

The Marketing Coordinator directs the digital marketing strategies for the bank, to include the bank’s use of digital media for marketing/promotion, its online presence, web maintenance, online brand messaging/content development, use of social media, maintenance of the bank’s internal video messaging network (lobby TVs) and email marketing.  The Marketing Coordinator serves as the bank’s webmaster.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Associate degree in digital media, marketing, advertising, communications or related field, 3-5 years of related experience, preferred.  Knowledge of HTML programming and experience with web content management systems, various desktop design software and proficient experience with social media.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Excellent computer keyboards skills and knowledge of basic math calculations, a must. Must be a self-starter with ability to generate new ideas, understand the marketing and advertising of product and services; Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.

 

Job Title:       Technology Support
Location:       Techonology - Longview
Schedule:      Monday – Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions:

Provide help desk support to end users, assist in hardware and software setup, support and manage applications as assigned by supervisor.  Provide after hours support when needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or certification in a computer science field, preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in providing technical support in a windows environment; experience with various platforms as Citrix, VDI, Windows Active Directory, VMware and HP/Cisco Networking, helpful; Strong customer service skills; Knowledge of setting up and maintaining system security on network; Ability to work well within a team environment, ability to read, understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related.

 

Job Title:       Loan Servicing Specialist I (Records/Payoffs)
Location:       Loan Servicing , Longview
Schedule:      Mondays – Fridays – 8:30 – 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions:

Follows established policies and procedures in releasing collateral and processing paid notes.  Files and maintains bank loans documents.  Scans loan documents for Imaging. Process paid out notes and prepares lien releases on collateral securing paid out notes.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year of banking experience with 1 year training in customer service (loan administration/documentation or lending practices), preferred. Proficient computer, calculator and typing skills with intermediate level in MS Excel and Word; Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Must comply with all bank policies and maintain customer confidentiality; Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification or training as required.

 

Job Title:       Administrative Assistant
Location:       Credit Administration - Longview
Schedule:      Monday – Friday   8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions:

Assist the Credit Administration Manager and other departmental supervisors in the organization, administration, and daily operational tasks of the Credit Administration Department by performing clerical and administrative duties including sorting and distributing mail, answering telephones, typing correspondence, filing and data entry and completing other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.  2-3 years previous clerical and general office experience or experience in a banking environment with direct customer contact, preferred.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel; Knowledge of basic math calculations; Ability to make decisions and exercise initiative and follow through, manage time, meet deadlines and maintain complete accuracy; Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification or training as required.

 

GLADEWATER

Job Title:       Part Time Teller I
Location:       Retail Services - Gladewater
Schedule:      Monday – Friday hours varies 7:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.; includes some Saturdays

Essential Functions:

Process quality/accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. Handling large sums of cash in an extremely busy environment.  Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment, preferred; 10 key fluency, good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; Knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards; Ability to work flexible schedules as needed. Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.

 

TERRELL

Job Title:       Administrative Assistant
Location:       Lending - Terrell
Schedule:      Monday – Friday   8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for performing diverse and complex administrative and staff support services including interaction with lending customers, preparing loan worksheets and collecting confidential documents and information as necessary. Answers phones, schedules appointments, and other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.  3-5 secretarial/administrative experience with direct customer contact; Minimum of 3 years banking experience with knowledge of banking documentation and lending guidelines for consumer, commercial and real estate loans; Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel; Ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written communications; Ability to work through a problem, meeting deadlines, maintaining complete accuracy as well as composure under stress; Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification or training as required.
