Job Title:           Credit Analyst I
Location:          Credit Administration
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Primary duty is to analyze credit, collateral and financial statements of individuals and business entities to determine the degree of risk involved in extending commercial credit and to prepare presentations with this credit information for use in decision-making by loan committees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in business/finance, accounting or economics, 2-3 years of Credit Analyst experience required, strong accounting background and sales experience desirable, strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude with team-player approach; demonstrate ability to prioritize work assignments; detail oriented with flexibility in dealing with a changing environment, customer service oriented and a strong sense of urgency, strong math skills and sound understanding of general accounting/reconciling principles, strong computer skills, i.e., word processing, spreadsheets and menu-driven software, are preferred.


Job Title:           Lending Quality Control Manager
Location:          Credit Administration
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Primary function is managing the Loan Quality Control team to ensure the Bank maintains a sound loan portfolio with respect to security interest, compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, and Bank lending policies and procedures; reviews large loan requests for appropriate approval and documentation before loan disbursement and manages the timely review of file maintenance, transactions, and coding for all types of loans on the Bank’s core servicing system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of Credit Administration experience, strong analytical background required, demonstrated ability to prioritize work assignments; detail oriented with flexibility in dealing with a changing work environment, customer service oriented and a strong sense of urgency, strong computer skills, i.e., word processing, spreadsheets and menu-driven software, ability to read and understand regulations, policies and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear oral and written communication.


Job Title:           Administrative Assistant
Location:          Credit Administration
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Assist the Chief Credit Administration Officer and other departmental supervisors in the organization, administration, and daily operational tasks of the Credit Administration Department by performing clerical tasks including sorting and distributing mail, answering telephones, filing and data entry.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, some college desired, 2-3 years previous clerical and general office experience desired or experience in a banking environment with direct customer contact, preferred.  Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to make decisions and exercise initiative and follow through, manage time and meet deadlines.


Job Title:  Loan Servicing Manager

Location:  Loan Operations
Schedule:   Monday – Friday  (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Responsible for the effective operation of the loan servicing department.  Provide secure, accurate, responsive, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.  Primary objective of this position is to be a trusted advisor to every internal and external customer.  Inspire confidence and build lasting relationships by consistently exhibiting each of the trusted advisor skills in order to help our customers identify and achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma with some college preferred; 7 plus years of increasingly responsible experience in applicable areas of expertise; 2-3 years of supervisory experience; detailed knowledge of loan documentation and compliance as it relates to loan operations; strong communication and analytical skills.


Job Title:           Customer Care Specialist
Location:          TBTmyWay Service Center
Schedule:          Monday – Friday:  (8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), shifts may vary;
some Saturdays:  (8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)

Essential Function:
Provide assistance to prospects and established customers with bank products, services and general information over the phone and via electronic means. Presents other bank products and services as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations. Provides secure, accurate, responsive, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual, a plus; 2-4 years customer service experience required, other banking experience desired; 10 key fluency and computer (MS Windows based software program) skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; knowledge of basic math calculations, ability to present positive service in a friendly demeanor; must maintain customer confidentiality; ability to work well within a team environment, ability to read, understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related.


Job Title:           Mortgage Loan Processor
Location:          Residential Mortgage Lending
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Working within a processor/closer team concept, process residential mortgage loans accurately and in compliance with all applicable compliance regulations, real estate laws and bank loan policy, meeting the bank’s customer service standards for timely processing/closing. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; prefer minimum of 1 year mortgage loan processing experience with emphasis on good customer service skills; must possess good verbal and written communication skills; must be able to multi-task effectively, produce a high volume of work with a high degree of accuracy in a minimum amount of time; must comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related and/or consistent with business necessity; and the ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.


Job Title:           Compliance Assistant – CRA Coordinator
Location:          Risk Management
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Assists the Compliance/CRA Officer in the administration, monitoring, and management of the Bank’s compliance and CRA programs. 

Qualifications:
College degree preferred, 2 years of experience in bank compliance. Thorough understanding of compliance and CRA programs.  CRA Mapping and reporting experience a plus.  Detail oriented, well-organized, efficient and proven ability to work independently.  Proven and extensive ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents such as government regulations, trade journals and legal documents.  Must be able to respond to common inquiries from regulatory agencies, courts and outside consultants, as well as internal staff effectively.  


Job Title:           Float Teller
Location:          Retail Services – Longview Area (Longview, Gladewater, Marshall & Overton)
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 7:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.) various shifts; 
                            Some Saturdays (8:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.)

Essential Function:
This position serves as teller coverage for the Longview area. Processes accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments.  Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.

Qualifications:
