Job Title:  Loan Servicing Manager
Location:  Loan Operations
Schedule:   Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Responsible for the effective operation of the loan servicing department.  Provide secure, accurate, responsive, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.  Primary objective of this position is to be a trusted advisor to every internal and external customer.  Inspire confidence and build lasting relationships by consistently exhibiting each of the trusted advisor skills in order to help our customers identify and achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma with some college preferred; 7 plus years of increasingly responsible experience in applicable areas of expertise; 2-3 years of supervisory experience; detailed knowledge of loan documentation and compliance as it relates to loan operations; strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Title:           Part-time Teller
Location:          Retail Services – Main Bank Drive In
Schedule:          Monday – Friday  ( 12:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.), hours may vary/
includes some Saturdays

Essential Function:

Process accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.  Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.  Handling large sums of cash in extremely busy environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, 0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment, preferred; good typing; 10-key fluency; good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards (window based software programs); good oral and written communication skills; ability to work flexible schedules as needed.  Successful completion of in-house training program or other approved training; ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.

Job Title:           Customer Care Specialist
Location:          TBTmyWay Service Center
Schedule:          Monday – Friday:  8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., shifts may vary;
some Saturdays:  8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Essential Function:

Provide assistance to prospects and established customers with bank products, services and general information over the phone and via electronic means. Presents other bank products and services as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations. Provides secure, accurate, responsive, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual, a plus; 2-4 years customer service experience required, other banking experience desired; 10 key fluency and computer (MS Windows based software program) skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; knowledge of basic math calculations, ability to present positive service in a friendly demeanor; must maintain customer confidentiality; ability to work well within a team environment, ability to read, understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related.

Essential Function:
The Lobby Associate plays a vital role in our customer’s banking experience by working directly with both the teller and lobby representative teams.  Responsible for providing teller based transactions (open new accounts, process customer transactions as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments) while also recommending consumer and small businesses solutions to existing and new customers. Presents other bank solutions as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 3-6 years as teller or cash handling experience in a professional environment, preferred; 10 key fluency and computer (MS Windows based software program) skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Knowledge of basic math calculations; Ability to present positive service in a friendly demeanor; Must maintain customer confidentiality; Thorough knowledge of bank products and services; Ability to work flexible schedules; Ability to work well within a team environment, ability to read, understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related.
