Job Title:  Loan Servicing Manager
Location:  Loan Operations
Schedule:   Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Responsible for the effective operation of the loan servicing department.  Provide secure, accurate, responsive, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.  Primary objective of this position is to be a trusted advisor to every internal and external customer.  Inspire confidence and build lasting relationships by consistently exhibiting each of the trusted advisor skills in order to help our customers identify and achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma with some college preferred; 7 plus years of increasingly responsible experience in applicable areas of expertise; 2-3 years of supervisory experience; detailed knowledge of loan documentation and compliance as it relates to loan operations; strong communication and analytical skills.


Job Title:  Financial Reporting Specialist
Location:  Accounting (Longview)
Schedule:   Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Responsible for working directly with the head of Financial Reporting and other members of the Accounting Division in the preparation of reports and special projects.  Core job functions would include assisting with the Call Report, BHC Reports, IRR and Federal Income Tax Estimates.  Other functions include understanding the changing landscape of GAAP, regulatory changes and industry changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA designation is desired.  Good at critical thinking and developing healthy relationships.  Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines; must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others.  Applicant must have excellent customer service skills and be a team player.


Job Title:  Float Teller
Location:  Retail Services – Longview Area (Longview, Gladewater, Marshall & Overton)
Schedule:   Monday – Friday  ( 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) various shifts; some Saturdays

Essential Function:

This position serves as teller coverage for the Longview area. Processing customer transactions, taking deposits, cashing checks, cashier’s checks and cash advances.  Handling large sums of money with accuracy in extremely busy environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; cash handling experience in a working environment is preferred; 10 key fluency, good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards; must be flexible to travel to surrounding area branches within the Longview area; ability to work flexible schedules as needed; and the ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.

OVERTON

Job Title:  Lobby Associate
Location:  Overton
Schedule:   Monday – Friday:  7:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. (flexible)

Essential Function:

The Lobby Associate plays a vital role in our customer’s banking experience by working directly with both the teller and lobby representative teams.  Responsible for providing teller based transactions (open new accounts, process customer transactions as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments) while also recommending consumer and small businesses solutions to existing and new customers. Presents other bank solutions as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 3-6 years as teller or cash handling experience in a professional environment, preferred; 10 key fluency and computer (MS Windows based software program) skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Knowledge of basic math calculations; Ability to present positive service in a friendly demeanor; Must maintain customer confidentiality; Thorough knowledge of bank products and services; Ability to work flexible schedules; Ability to work well within a team environment, ability to read, understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related. Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.
