Job Title:  Real Estate Coordinator

Location:  Business & Professional Banking
Schedule:   Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Coordinate the origination documentation of loan packages for residential and commercial real estate loans; request appraisals, flood certificates, title commitments; input loan applications into Loan Origination System and prepare early disclosures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or college with banking or 3+ years of mortgage or lending experience or equivalent, preferred.  Must have extensive knowledge of real estate compliance regulations and laws.  Proficient in computer and general office skills (MS Word and Excel); excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.  Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification or training as required.

Job Title:  Lobby Associate
Location:  Retail Services – Frisco
Schedule:   Monday – Friday  ( 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) 

Essential Function:

The Lobby Associate plays a vital role in our customer’s banking experience by working directly with both the teller and Lobby Representatives team.  Responsible for providing teller based transactions while also recommending consumer and small businesses solutions to existing and new customers. Presents other bank solutions as opportunities arise within the guidelines of applicable banking regulations. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, 3-6 years teller or cash handling experience in a professional environment, preferred; Good typing; 10-key calculator and computer (window based software programs) skills; Good oral and written communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours; Thorough knowledge of bank products and services and basic math calculations; Ability to read and understand regulations, policies and procedures; Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.
