LONGVIEW

Job Title:     Mortgage Loan Closer
Location:     Residential Mortgage Lending - Longview
Schedule:    Monday – Friday  ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Functions:

Work within a team environment, handling the coordination of the loan closing process; prepare closing documents, disbursement checks, working closely with title company pre-and post-closings and processing/reviewing renewals/modification loans. Also, responsible for coordinating and scheduling loan closing date and time with all parties involved

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years experience in mortgage loan processing with proficiency in math, basic accounting and computer skills; must be detail oriented and maintain a high degree of accuracy in a minimum amount of time; must be well-versed in compliance regulations/real estate laws for mortgage and home equity lending and maintain customer confidentiality, with the ability to provide service in a positive, friendly demeanor; and the ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.

Job Title:     Loan Collection and Recovery Specialist
Location:     Credit Administration - Longview
Schedule:   Monday – Friday ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Functions:

Responsible for assisting with collection and recovery efforts of loans assigned to the Loan Collection and Recovery department, up to and including repossession or foreclosure, using established procedures that complies with all policies of Texas Bank and Trust Company and all applicable State and Federal regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred; 3 plus year experience in credit administration, preferred. General knowledge of Federal and State regulations and laws pertaining to collections and recovery of delinquent loans; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively; excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of legal terminology. Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.

Job Title:     Mortgage Loan Processor
Location:     Residential Mortgage Lending - Longview
Schedule:    Monday – Friday ( 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Essential Functions:

Working within a processor/closer team concept, process residential mortgage loans accurately and in compliance with all applicable compliance regulations, real estate laws and bank loan policy, meeting the bank’s customer service standards for timely processing/closing.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; prefer minimum of 1 year mortgage loan processing experience with emphasis on good customer service skills; must possess good verbal and written communication skills; must be able to multi-task effectively, produce a high volume of work with a high degree of accuracy in a minimum amount of time; must comply with all bank policies and procedures that are job related and/or consistent with business necessity; and the ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.

Job Title:     Float Teller
Location:     Retail Services – Longview Area (Longview, Gladewater, Marshall & Overton)
Schedule:    Various Shifts Monday – Friday ( 7:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.) and some Saturdays

Essential Functions:

This position serves as teller coverage for the Longview area. Processing customer transactions, taking deposits, cashing checks, cashier’s checks and cash advances. Handle large sums of money with accuracy in an extremely busy environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; cash handling experience in a working environment is preferred; 10 key fluency, good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards; must be flexible to travel to surrounding area branches within the Longview area; ability to work flexible schedules as needed; and the ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.

 

LINDALE

Job Title:  Teller
Location:  Retail Services – Lindale
Schedule:   Various Shifts Monday – Friday  ( 7:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.)
and some Saturdays  (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Essential Function:

Process accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.  Handle large sums of cash in an extremely busy environment.  Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, 0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment, preferred; Good typing; 10-key fluency; good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; Knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards (window based software programs); good oral and written communication skills; ability to work flexible schedules as needed.  Successful completion of in-house training program or other approved training; ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.

 

VAN

Job Title:  Teller
Location:  Retail Services – Van
Schedule:   Monday – Friday  ( 7:15 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.)
and some Saturdays
