LONGVIEW 

Job Title:        Loan Collection and Recovery Specialist
Location:       Credit Administration, Longview
Schedule:      Mondays – Fridays - Hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Essential Function:

Responsible for assisting with collection and recovery efforts of loans assigned to the Loan Collection and Recovery Department, up to and including repossession or foreclosure, using established procedures that complies with all policies of Texas Bank and Trust Company and all applicable State and Federal regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred; 3 plus years experience in credit administration, preferred. General knowledge of Federal and State regulations and laws pertaining to collections and recovery of delinquent loans; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of legal terminology. Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.

Job Title:       Part Time Teller I – Main Bank Drive In
Location:       Retail Services - Longview

Schedule:     Hours varies 12:00 p.m. – 6:10 p.m. - Monday – Friday, including some    Saturdays

Essential Function:

Process accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment, preferred; Good typing; 10 key fluency, good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; Knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards (window based software program); Good oral and written communication skills; Ability to work flexible schedules as needed. Successful completion of in-house training program or other approved training; Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certification.

Job Title:      Part Time Teller I – Pine Tree Lobby
Location:      Retail Services - Longview
Schedule:    Hours varies 12:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. - Monday – Friday, bi-weekly Saturdays      (flexibility needed)

Essential Function:

Process accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment, preferred; Good typing; 10 key fluency, good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; Knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards (window based software program); Good oral and written communication skills; Ability to work flexible schedules as needed. Job Title:      Part Time Teller - Hideaway
Location:      Retail Services, Hideaway
Schedule:    Mondays – Fridays - Hours varies 7:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., includes Saturdays

Essential Function:

Process accurate customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. Handle large sums of cash in an extremely busy environment. Responsible for customer referral of additional bank services as appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 0-3 years cash handling experience in a working environment, preferred; 10 key fluency, good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy is important; Knowledge of personal computers/computer terminal keyboards; Ability to work flexible schedules as needed. Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory results for Trusted Advisor Certifications.
